La Charmante Trembladaise is a new 115 m² house, ideally located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. It is fully fenced and offers a private enclosed parking area of 100 m² as well as a 140 m² garden, equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue, garden furniture, and a wooden terrace with an electric awning. Everything is provided for your relaxation and to fully enjoy your outdoor holidays!
The house features three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and tasteful decoration. A baby bed, high chair, and stroller are available on request. You will also find a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a utility room, and a large modern living area of 55 m².
The region offers a wide range of activities for all tastes: beaches, zoo, aquarium, forest walks, small fishing villages, and much more.
The property is non-smoking and gatherings or parties are not allowed in order to respect the neighborhood.
A cleaning service is available for stays of less than 7 nights (mandatory) or as an option for longer stays, available for an extra fee.
