This vacation home is attached to unoccupied premises and is located in a hamlet near a farm.
It is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor:
- a large living room with a fitted kitchen, dining table, and a lounge with a wood-burning stove (first fire free)
- a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine
On the first floor, a hallway leads to:
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 200 cm bed
- a bedroom with three 90 x 200 cm beds
- a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Outside:
- a terrace with garden furniture, awning, and deck chairs
Parking on the property Step into this welcoming, recently renovated house offering a comfortable interior and large, welcoming spaces.
As soon as the weather is nice, enjoy the terrace and its garden furniture, or why not a game of ping-pong with family or friends.
Looking to get away from it all? Head to the Betton towpath and discover the banks of the Ille-et-Rance Canal, just 2 km away.
The canal is also the crossing point for the Saint-Malo to Arzal cycle route (route 2 Bretagne). Stroll through the Liffré forest, 7 km away, or join the GR 37, a famous hiking trail from Mont Saint-Michel to Hoscas in Loire-Atlantique.
For a city break, enjoy a leisure complex with a cinema, billiards, and bowling alley in La Mézière, 7 km away, or discover the bustling city of Rennes, 12 km away.

Gite que nous avons occupé dans des circonstances familiales très particulières. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire dans ce lieu très calme et proche de Betton. Le gîte est par ailleurs équipé avec des meubles, literies, et électroménager de grande qualité.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à la Haute Hardrouyère. Le gîte est équipé parfaitement, confortable et fonctionnel. Il est chaleureux, on s'y sent tout de suite bien. La campagne environnante est charmante, tout comme Lucie, la propriétaire. Nous avons été conquis !

J'avais loué ce gîte pour des amis qui venaient me voir à Rennes, les propriétaires ont été adorables et très arrangeants, le gîte était confortable, spacieux, à la fois en pleine campagne et à 15 min de Rennes en voiture ! Il y avait aussi tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner et pour profiter de l'espace dehors. Je recommande à 100% !
