Le calme et la propreté de la résidence, le rapport qualité prix, la proximité de la mer et du centre ville (10 mn à pied)
Negative:
Fermeture d'un volet cassée dans la pièce de vie = embêtant pour avoir le noir complet pour dormir dans le canapé convertible.
