Living room with open-plan kitchen - TV - Sofa (not a sofa bed) - Equipped kitchen - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room/WC - Bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and en-suite shower room - Shower room with WC upstairs - Separate WC - Balcony - Garden - Wi-Fi - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking outside only - 1 parking space in the courtyard.
No plug-in for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug anything in the accommodation – LINENS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys.

Maison très bien située à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et des commerces. Maison spacieuse, bien agencée, bien équipée. Personnel de l'agence (remise des clés, état des lieux de sortie) très aimable.
