Enjoy a peaceful stay in our charming country house in Aquitaine, in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne region.
Ideal for up to 4 people, it also offers access to a shared swimming pool for great moments of relaxation. Welcome to the Gîtes de la Goujatte, nestling in a green setting in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne, in Aquitaine.
Our holiday rental is the ideal place for a relaxing and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Just an hour from the towns of Agen, Bergerac and Cahors, and close to the charming bastides of Monflanquin, Villeréal and Monpazier, as well as the majestic châteaux of Bonaguil and Biron, you'll be ideally situated for exploring the wonders of the region. The gîte "Les Petites Ecuries" is a small, independent, restored old house offering 49 m² of living space. Sleeping up to 4 people, it comprises a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a living room with a sofa bed for two extra people.
The lounge also has a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Lot-et-Garonne. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a multi-function microwave, table-top fridge and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.
A separate shower room with toilet and washing machine complete the interior of the gîte, providing all the comforts you need for your stay. Outside, enjoy a 10 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining overlooking the hectare of lush green parkland. The shared, fenced and secure swimming pool is a major asset of our property.
Measuring 5m x 10m and varying in depth from 0.90 m to 1.80 m, it's perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
The pool is open from May to September, weather permitting, providing a pleasant option for the whole family to relax. Les Gîtes de la Goujatte is the ideal base from which to explore the cultural, sporting and gastronomic treasures of Aquitaine and the Lot.
