STUNNING SEA VIEWS - BEACHFRONT PROPERTY IN THE NAUTICAL CLUB AREA
The apartment is located ON THE BEACHFRONT with direct sea views, in one of the best areas of Gandia beach, just a few meters from the Gandia nautical club, and very close to all services such as ice cream parlors, cafes, a hairdresser, a supermarket, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay without needing to use a car.
SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE
It consists of: 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a double bed each, and 1 bedroom with a single bed), a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed and a large terrace with sea and beach views, a separate kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Located on: 1st beachfront, in the Nautical Club area, and a terrace with direct sea views.

Fantastic
El alojamiento está en buena ubicación, no le doy 5 estrellas porque le falta aire acondicionado o por lo menos que tenga ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias y no solo en una habitación, la placa vitroceramica es muy pequeña para una casa de este tamaño. Por lo demás el alojamiento es perfecto. Volveremos sin duda, si remedian lo del A/A.
