Small house (19m2 Carrez law) Tiny house in a quiet area, with terrace in a residence in the heart of Bayeux for 1 or 2 people.
ground floor: lounge area open to parking space in residence closed by electric gate, small terrace, office area, dining area and equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso, filter coffee maker (with washable filter), hood, 2 ceramic hobs, kettle, toaster, blender, scale, cutlery, plates...)
Upstairs under the roof: bedroom (bed 160x200 cm), wardrobe, shelves, shower room and separate WC
Location & surroundings
Shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away.

Place was very tidy and very well appointed with all accessories. Terrace outside was lovely after full days to relax over a drink. Gwen was extremely responsive on all communications. We were somewhat surprised at the steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom and care is required not to slip or falter. The place is compact, but also very handy to this lovely township. We enjoyed our stay.
