GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- It is a typical coastal town neighborhood, quiet, charming, and with emblematic buildings.
- Just a two-minute walk from the house is the seafront, with clear waters, traditional fishing boats, and beach bars where you can enjoy day and night.
- During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate traditional festivals, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good food, etc.
- Every Thursday of the week, there is a market selling clothing and fresh local produce in the town itself.
- Near the village is a large water park called "Fantasy Island".
- On the "maresmeturisme" website, you will find more interesting information about the area.
GETTING AROUND
- The Premià de Mar station is 5 minutes from the property. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (journey time about 35 minutes) or to the Costa Brava. To get to the village from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants take the R1 train line towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Vilassar de Mar" stop, about 35 minutes.
- By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, journey time about 40 minutes.
- The village can also be reached via the highway or the N-II highway that runs along the entire coast.
OTHER NOTEWORTHY ASPECTS
- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.
- Please note that arrivals between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. carry an additional fee of €25. Check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and midnight carry an additional fee of €50. In both cases, cash will be collected upon arrival. After midnight, check-ins will not be processed; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival, a tourist tax of €1 per night per person must be paid, due to regulations established by the Catalan government.
- At check-in, both adults and minors must provide identification using their ID, NIE (Foreigner Identification Number), PASSPORT, or FAMILY RECORD.
