PLEASE NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).


- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



PORTIMÃO TOURIST FEE
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash on check-in
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.


Obs
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.


- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use. Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (whenever this is different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).

Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.

If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.


PAYMENT: Payment must be made using the details of a physical credit card (not a virtual one), and the transaction must be confirmed in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
