This residence is located in Orcières-Merlette 1850 in the Hautes Alpes, in the heart of the Ecrins Natural Park.

This winter sports resort boasts 100 km of pistes, culminating at an altitude of 2,725 m, and offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

It's the ideal place to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains while benefiting from the sunshine of a Mediterranean climate.

This is an ideal location, offering convenience at your doorstep! Within a mere 200 meters, you have access to shops and businesses, while the city center is just 400 meters away.

Talk about proximity! But wait, there's more! The ski slopes are a mere 250 meters from your holiday abode! Plus, there's a spacious escalator located right at the base of the residence, ensuring effortless access to the heart of the resort.

Surroundings
Orcières Merlette 1850 is 100km of alpine skiing spread over around 50 slopes for all levels, a snowpark for the more adventurous (will you try a backflip or a 360°?), a slalom stadium, a boarder-cross, but also a fun track for little ones learning to slide on the snow.

For little ones, a daycare welcomes them, from 3 months to 6 years old: an opportunity for adults to enjoy their activities without worrying about the little ones!

If you're tired of downhill skiing, you'll have plenty of other things to do! The Orcières ski resort will have some nice surprises in store for you.

It also has 40km of cross-country ski trails for those who want to sweat in a different way! Not forgetting 2 toboggan runs, snowshoe rides, ice karting... and even snow tubing! 


Conditions
The Orcières Town Hall has introduced a new parking fee for the resort, starting this winter:

• The outside car park 50m away is now chargeable.
• The covered parking will cost €9 per day or €40 per week, and is limited to 100 spaces. 
• Please note: These prices are subject to change.

A deposit is required to secure this accommodation, payable through a bank card imprint:

• Bank cheques are not accepted.
• If the accommodation is not returned clean, part of the deposit will be withheld.

Tourist tax: Applied per person per day for guests aged 18 and above.
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and must be paid at the reception.
Pets: 1 cat or dog maximum per accommodation (category 1 & 2 dogs prohibited), amount per day
