In addition to the beachfront veranda that gives the house its name, there is also a garden with a green, shady hedge under which you can dine al fresco.

The interior of Veranda sul Mare has an entrance to the living room, furnished with a dining room, sofa, fireplace and TV.

There is then the kitchen, also accessible from the outside.

A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds.

One of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room.

Veranda sul Mare is a small villa located in a scenic spot, an area dotted with small villas right on the cliff facing the sea.

The house is just a 300-meter walk from the world-famous beach of Punta Prosciutto, about as far as the beach of Palude del Conte.

All the main services can be reached by car in a few minutes, both in Torre Lapillo and Torre Colimena. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 68 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.

If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
