## Space Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a secure building, this functional 20m2 studio apartment is ideal for a simple stay.
It comprises a living room with kitchenette and a sleeping area, as well as a shower room with separate toilet.
The living room has a double bed, a dining area and a large storage cupboard.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a small fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a vanity unit, heated towel rail and shower.
There is a separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation.
However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm.
