In this residential neighborhood house that Liliane renovated, it's a great place to stay for just one night.
Upstairs, on your private landing, you'll find:
- the bedroom (1 double bed 140x190),
- the bathroom (shower, double sink, and toilet),
- the kitchen/breakfast room where you have access to various amenities (including a refrigerator, oven, dishes, and small appliances, but no microwave). At a prearranged time, Liliane will deliver your breakfast tray in the morning! Yum!
Outside, on the street side, a beautiful terrace in the landscaped courtyard welcomes you upon arrival, offering a moment of relaxation with... a welcome snack.
The gate in the gable of the house provides access to a courtyard as well as a covered shelter where you can store your equipment, such as bicycles (storage, maintenance, and battery charging points).
Car parking = on the property in front of the gate. With decor from here and elsewhere, you'll travel to Chez Lili. She welcomes you, for overnight stays only, to her home in the maritime district of Saint Brieuc. Just 1 km down the road is the Valais beach and... the famous GR34.
As for the Vélomaritime (EuroVelo 4), it passes only 250 meters from the house!
Here, the entire Bay of Saint Brieuc is yours to discover. Did you know that this is where the second largest Nature Reserve in Brittany is located? It is renowned for its rich birdlife.
2 km away, you can stroll along the quays of the Légué with a much-needed break in one of its many bars and restaurants. More broadly, the Côtes de Penthièvre and Goëlo stretch 50 km to the east and west, ending in Paimpol and Cap Fréhel - Fort La Latte, respectively.
Even further, but not least, the magnificent shores of Perros-Guirec and Saint-Malo are 75 km away.
