Carnac Rental - Beautiful, spacious, brand-new 9-room house (approx. 218m²) for 10-12 people, with garden and Wi-Fi, located in a quiet area, 1km from the town center and 2km from the beaches:
Entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with access to a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), opening onto a large living room and two lounge areas (sofas, TV, Wi-Fi) leading to a large terrace (garden furniture) extending into the south-facing garden.
Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom (two 90cm beds, which can be made into one 180cm bed, duvet) with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC in the entrance hall. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms with desks and storage (two 90cm beds, which can be made into one 180cm bed, duvets), 2 shower rooms with WCs, a room with a shower, and a separate WC. Parking available on the property.
Pets not allowed.
Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026. Optional: linen rental, baby equipment rental. 1 km from Carnac town and its shops, and 2 km from the various Carnac beaches. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

La gestion de l agence qui nous a organisé notre accueil. Mauvaise surprise. Tarif du chauffage pas très clair mais l agence à fait le nécessaire. Et je trouve ça dommage qu'on doit donner la totalité de la somme qui etait qd mm importante en une fois. Sinon a part ca tout était impeccable.
C est très spacieux. De nombreuses salle de bain. Cette immense pièce a vivre. Maison très agreable
