Its verdant and tranquil setting invites relaxation while offering a prime location for exploring the Loiret region and the Loire Valley. Located 24 km from the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, a must-see stop on the Loire Valley Castles Route, this house combines authenticity with modern comfort.
Between walks along the Loire, discovering the Loire Valley's heritage, and nature excursions, you'll enjoy a rejuvenating stay near Orléans, in the heart of a region rich in heritage and a relaxed way of life.
The house comprises: On the ground floor, a spacious and welcoming living area including: - An entrance hall with a cloakroom. - Two separate toilets with washbasins. - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: (317L refrigerator with 106L freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, 4-zone ceramic hob, electric oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle, immersion blender, etc.) - A dining area with a large table. - A comfortable living room (TV) - Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 cm bed. - A shower room with WC. On the first floor: - Bedroom 2 with a 140x190 cm bed. - Bedroom 3 with a 160x200 cm bed. - Bedroom 4 with two 90x190 cm beds. - A separate shower room (shower, sink, WC). Très bon accueil, gîtes propres, équipement complet, rien ne manquait, propriété très bien entretenue, endroit très calme idéal pour un séjour en famille. Propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses hôtes, disponible et chaleureuse. Location sans problème, nous recommandons se gîte sans hésitation.

Lits simples plus adaptés pour enfant que pour adulte (mais il y a pas mal de chambres).
Fait froid dans les wc
Pratique pour loger un groupe d’amis jusqu’à 15 ou pour cousinade. Accueil souriant et attentionné. Spacieux et bien équipé. Tranquille sans voisins ni vis à vis. Jolie déco

Tout était parfait !
Gîte moderne très spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Un joli parc avec des jeux pour enfants ainsi qu'une petite ferme sur le domaine, environnement calme. L'accès sur le site et le stationnement sont privés. Très bel accueil des propriétaires avec une parfaite qualité d'échanges. Nous recommandons ce gite sans hésitation et nous viendrons séjourner à nouveau très volontiers !
