This holiday home, renovated in 2014, is set in a contemporary house next to the owner's residence, along the D960 bis road.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, lounge with fireplace and pool table (radio CD, TV, DVD), fully equipped kitchen, separate WC, two bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with five single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with WC.
The basement offers a games room (table tennis, table football, darts) with free access.
On request and available for an extra fee: private relaxation room (spa, sauna, exercise bike, TV, shower).
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for an extra fee.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.
The house is heated with central oil heating.
Enjoy a 1,000 m² enclosed garden (swing set, slide), and a 45 m² covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
Perfect for family gatherings, holidays, or weekends with friends.

Un week-end entre amis avec enfants parfait. La maison est suffisamment pour que parents et enfants puissent passer un moment agréable. Tout le monde a son espace de vie. L'espace jeu et spa est plus que parfait ! Un régal pour les petits et les grands ! Nous recommandons et reviendrons dès que possible. Merci pour votre accueil et disponibilité
