Villa Lina is a lovely detached vacation cottage, simple and cozy, ideal for family vacations just 400 meters from the sea of Marina di Leporano, along the Ionian arch of Taranto.
The cottage is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, crib, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, etc.
The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower and barbecue.
Villa Lina offers up to 6 beds.
Pets are allowed.
Villa Lina, vacation cottage sleeps 6 a few steps from the sea in Leporano.
Villa Lina is introduced by a furnished garden where you can spend time outdoors, preparing barbecue grills or relaxing on the outdoor lounge.
Large windows introduce the veranda, furnished for dining, dining and relaxing on the comfortable sofa.
The living area is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, dining room and large corner sofa, all with a refined and modern design.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 doubles and 1 twin with single beds.
Completing the house are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower.
The surroundings of Villa Lina in Marina di Leporano Vacation cottage Villa Lina is located in Marina di Leporano, just 400 meters from the seaside resort`s marina and the sea.
Marina di Leporano lies about 10 km from Taranto, along a stretch of coast characterized by low, accessible cliffs and small sandy coves. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in two bedrooms and living room.
