Its large south-facing terrace offers breathtaking and magical views of the sea, the port of Menton, and the old town. It comprises an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a Murphy bed (160x200cm) and ample storage, a sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV; a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, oven/microwave, coffee maker, and induction hob, opening onto a large terrace; a bathroom with a washer/dryer and walk-in shower; and a separate toilet.
WIFI, bed linen, and towels are included.

Quelques casseroles méritent d'être changées.
Les fenêtres n'empêchent pas le bruit de la rue très bruyante.
Le lit pas confortable
L'appartement est très beau, la vue sur le vieux Menton, la proximité des commerces et de la plage.

La vue fabuleuse. L'appartement équipé de façon exceptionnelle.Tout a été joliment rénové, même si quelques détails de finition ont été oubliés.
Le bruit de la route qui rend l'utilisation de la terrasse parfois désagréable. Il est vrai que l'emplacement exceptionnel ne peut pas être dissocié de cet inconvénient.
Dans l'ensemble un peu trop de meubles ...pour deux ?

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless and the host very responsive to any questions. It was very close to the beach and restaurants and the old town.
