The chalet “Ciste” is a high end property, new, built in 2016 for seasonal rental.
It will satisfy all your expectations in terms of comfort, space and equipment.It accommodates 17 people, thanks to its 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The living room consists of a modern kitchen, open to the dining room which can accommodate up to 18 people.
It is equiped with a large corner sofa, with several seats, facing the wood-burning stove and the bay windows.
You can enjoy the scenery while being comfortable in the living room.This cottage is ideal for families or groups who would like to get together and spend a beautiful holiday in the mountains.
OPTIONS • Final cleaning: optional on request for 400€.
The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected. • Linen: optional, on request at a rate of 23€ per person (sheets and towels). • Beds made on arrival: optional, on request at the rate of 5€ per person in addition to linen. • Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent. • Châtel Multipass for Activities/Outings/Culture/Sport/Family Summer 2025 : optional for €3 per person per day.
INFORMATION • Snow tyres / chains are required during the winter season. • 4 outdoor parking spots. • Large terrace. • Ski room. • Visitor's tax: 2.60€ per night and per adult (from 18 years old).
