Characteristic flat with independent entrance and renovated with exposed bricks located on the ground floor of a historic building. The flat is located inside the historical centre IN A LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE, and it is 5/7 minutes walking distance from the Carrarese Castle and the Specola Tower and 10 minutes walking distance from the squares, the Basilica of Sant'Antonio and the square Prato della Valle.

It can accommodate up to 3 guests.

The flat is composed of
living room: equipped with a sofa and a dining table with 3 chairs. Kitchen: open in the living room equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils (NO DISHWASHER).

Night area: located in the living room and equipped with a standard double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.

Bedroom: equipped with a single bed and a bedside table

Bathroom: windowed located inside the bedroom and equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet (NO WASHER).

Services included: WIFI internet, independent heating, iron and ironing board. NO AIR CONDITIONING.

When you check in (in online mode) we will need to register the data of each guest for legal purposes only; therefore, you will be asked to provide a valid document.

Please note that the structure does NOT have a reception; the check-in time must always be agreed directly with the structure, and in any case not before 3 p.m. and not later than 11 p.m. The flat has a key box self check-in system, so you will be able to access the flat independently with the personal code that we will give you on the day of your arrival. In order to receive this code you will first have to fill in an online form with your data and pay the city tax.


The city tax is not included in the price, and it has to be paid within the agreed check-in time; the City of Padua has fixed €2,5 per person per day for the first 5 days of stay. Children from 0-15 years are excluded and residents in the municipality are exempt.
