Newstead Farmhouse is a charming 17th-century home situated within the South Downs National Park, near the historic town of Lewes, East Sussex. The cottage is perfect for families or friends, is welcoming and full of character.
Boasting a woodburning stove, this abode has been beautifully restored and offers a delightful escape to relax fully in the Sussex countryside.

The cottage allows one well-behaved pet, Inside, you will be greeted by a warm and welcoming well equipped kitchen, with original polished red brick floor, oak furniture and a view into the garden terrace, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.
There is an oak dining table that can comfortably seat 6. The sitting room is homely and full of charm with exposed original oak timbers.
Unwind in front of the woodburning stove and TV in the evening.
