The house has a cellar and a garage in the basement.

In the garden, you will enjoy an enclosed plot with shrubs and flowers.


From the house, you can also reach the coast of Arradon, renowned for its oyster farmers and oyster tastings, as well as the shops in the town centre, in just 10 minutes by bike. A strategic location, ideal for a relaxing and successful holiday.

Close to the towns of Vannes, Baden, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité-sur-Mer and Quiberon.


The region

The Gulf of Morbihan is above all an unspoilt region where nature retains its rights and the maritime element is omnipresent. Ranked as one of the most beautiful bays in the world, its diversity and spectacular landscapes demonstrate every day that its title is not usurped. The combination of the Gulf of Morbihan and the Bay of Quiberon creates a privileged environment where life is good.

Arradon is located near Vannes, its capital. It is a small town renowned for its quality of life, its small marina and its magnificent scenery.

Vannes is a historic town with all amenities and shops. Taking advantage of the entertainment in the port and town, visiting the megalithic sites in the region (Carnac, Erdeven), strolling along the quays of the marinas (La Trinité-sur-mer, Le Crouesty), discovering the beaches of the region (Carnac, Quiberon, La presqu'île de Rhuys) and the many water sports available in the region are all great ways to spend a memorable holiday.

Vannes is also a marina, which hosts the Gulf Week festivities every two years, a spectacular gathering of old sailing ships. The 2025 edition was a memorable one!
