- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), sofa and TV;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), ceiling fans (in the bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

Das Apartment war gut mit dem 64 Bus zu erreichen und lag in der nähe von Metro Station.
Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz modern und etwas runtergekommen. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Es fehlte ein Kissen (auf nachfrage sollte es nachgerüstet werden - wurde aber nicht). Wlan hat nicht funktioniert.
