This exceptional 230m² house (listed in the regional heritage inventory) is located in a quiet area of Tharon-Plage, just 2 minutes' walk from the beach, the village with its shops, bars and restaurants, local markets and all the entertainment.


Villa Sunrise, almost completely renovated, has 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people.


On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall, a bar area overlooking the garden, a dining room with fireplace and lounge area with connected TV, a separate TV-DVD lounge, a semi-open-plan kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to feel at home (induction hob, (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle), a bathroom with vintage shower (not pictured), a separate WC, a utility room (washing machine, freezer, ironing board and iron) and a shower room with separate WC.


The first floor comprises 3 double bedrooms (160cm), 1 dormitory bedroom with bunk beds (2x90) and a single bed (90cm), a double bathroom (shower & bath) and a separate WC.


The second floor has 1 triple bedroom (160) plus a single bed (90), 1 modular triple bedroom (3x90), a shower room with WC (currently being finished, will be available early July 25, we will be sure to add photos as soon as possible).


For maximum comfort, an umbrella bed and a high chair are provided, as well as outdoor furniture, a covered charcoal BBQ fireplace, a few deckchairs and a parasol.


You can secure your bikes in the garden area and park up to 8 vehicles around the house free of charge.


The beaches and fisheries of Tharon-Plage in Saint Michel are in the top 3 of the best sunset spots on the coast. You're sure to leave with the most beautiful holiday photos, with the sun setting summer and winter right into the sea.

With its 4.5km of fine sand and family beaches, surfers, anglers, bodyboarders, paragliders and kite flyers will find their favourite spot between the "Grande plage de Tharon" and the "Plage de la Roussellerie".

Take advantage of a trip to Pornic for a day trip on a sailboat to the surrounding islands or, depending on the tides, opt for a spot of fishing on foot or in a fishery. If you have a sweet tooth, don't leave without sampling all the local specialities such as the unique Moules de Bouchots from La Plaine-sur-Mer, the famous ice creams and jams from La Fraiseraie, the delicious galettes from "St-Michel" and not forgetting, whether hot or cold, the Pornic cheese "Le Curé Nantais".
