Cross France's longest bridge to discover 43 km of coastline, the Côte de Jade, and the Pays de Retz. This exceptional 230m² house (listed in the regional heritage inventory) is located in a quiet neighborhood of Tharon-Plage, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, the town center with its shops, bars, and restaurants, local markets, and all the entertainment. Villa Sunrise, almost entirely renovated, has 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people. The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall, a bar area overlooking the garden, a dining room with a fireplace and a connected TV lounge area, a separate TV-DVD room, a semi-open kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances to make you feel at home (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle), a vanity area with a vintage shower (not photographed), a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, freezer, ironing board and iron), and a shower room with a separate toilet. The second floor offers 1 triple room (160cm bed + 1 single bed 90cm), 1 modular triple room (3x90cm beds), and a shower room with a toilet (currently being finished, will be available in early July 2025, we will add photos as soon as possible). For maximum comfort, a travel cot and high chair are provided, along with outdoor furniture, a covered charcoal BBQ fireplace, some loungers, and a parasol. You can secure your bikes within the garden enclosure, but as the facade is listed, we inform you that parking a car there is strictly forbidden; 8 free parking spaces are available around the house. The beaches and fishing huts of Tharon-Plage in Saint Michel are among the top 3 sunset spots on the coast.
You will surely leave with the most beautiful holiday photos, as the sun sets directly into the sea, both in summer and winter.
With its 4.5 km of fine sand and family-friendly beaches, surfers, rock pool fishing enthusiasts, bodyboarders, paragliders, and kite flyers will find their preferred spot between "Grande plage de Tharon" and "Plage de la Roussellerie." Take the opportunity for a stroll in Pornic for a day trip by sailboat to the surrounding islands or, depending on the tides, opt for some rock pooling or fishing from a hut.
