La maison est très bien située, à proximité de la plage, d'un parc de jeux et 2 petits points de restaurations rapides face à la mer. Le centre ville est à 20 minutes à pied. De plus, la demeure est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle.

la situation de la maison.
Le confort y est moyen, il manque des informations sur comment régler le chauffage, sur l'utilisation du four et de la machine à laver le linge. Nous avons eu quelques jours de grand vent et le volet de la chambre demande à être vérifier beaucoup de bruit. Il est annoncé dans l'offre un sèche cheveux -absent-
