Modernes Haus mit eigener Tiefgarage, aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation vor Ort ein positiver Punkt, allerdings an der Hauptstrasse. Entfernung zu den Stränden 15-20 Gehminuten. Moderne Einrichtung und eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Opatija.
