The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, and fireplace (wood not provided) - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A laundry room/pantry adjoining the kitchen - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower) - A separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90×190) - A bathroom (with bathtub and shower) - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, etc. Outside: - A beautiful, fully enclosed 1,800 m² garden - An 80 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Argol, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: - The Bay of Brest - The Armorique Regional Nature Park - The Crozon Peninsula - Le Loc'h - Landévennec Forest - Walk in the hills of Argol - Breton games park Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the fully enclosed asphalt courtyard with a manual gate that can accommodate up to three cars. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet spot. The house is magnificent, well-equipped, with a very pleasant terrace for enjoying a drink and meals with a superb view. The property is 15 minutes from Crozon, the beaches, and hiking trails. Communication is easy, and Brice is very responsive and available.If we return to the area, we will gladly return
