It consists of a nice living room of 35 m2 (with stove), an open kitchen equipped, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 330 m 2. - Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds that can form a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

- Room 4: with 1 double bed (140x190) and its private bathroom (with shower)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- A living room of 35 m2 with TV, sofas, stove and dining area
- An open kitchen, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A second bathroom (with shower and toilet)

Second floor:
- A mezzanine with a sofa

For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, dryer, table and iron.

- A terrace (adjoining the living room) of 30 m2 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Damgan, in a very nice environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market..

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house (up to 4 vehicles).
