The accommodation is laid out as follows: Raised ground floor, accessible via a few steps: - A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bedroom with a single bed and a queen-size bed (160×200) - An office - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Basement: - Laundry room For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 20 m² enclosed garden - A 4 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-le-Roi, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Walk in the Parc de la Saussaie-Pidoux, ideal for family outings - Explore the banks of the Seine, perfect for walking or cycling - Port aux Cerises leisure centre in Draveil (water sports, tree climbing, mini golf, swimming pool) - Delta Athis-Paray Museum, dedicated to the history of aviation - Visit to the Saint-Pierre-Saint-Paul church in Villeneuve-le-Roi - Quick access to Paris by RER to discover museums, monuments and iconic neighbourhoods - Walk in the Sénart forest or Bois de Vincennes, about 20 minutes away - Local market in Villeneuve-le-Roi for fresh produce and regional specialities - Cinema, theatre and cultural facilities nearby in neighbouring towns Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private double parking space. Oud stinkend huis vieze bank, vuilnis ligt naast de oprit (bankstel,tafel,vuilniszakken)
Buurt ziet er aftands en onveilig uit
Zijn direkt weer naar huis gereden
Fotos op de site zijn ernstig geromantiseerd.
Probeer al een week contact te krijgen met holidu maar heb tot op heden nog niets van hen gehoord.
