The apartment features a bright living room with convertible leather sofa that can accommodate an additional 2 people; an umbrella bed to accommodate a baby is available for free .
A supplement of 20euro will be requested if you book for 2 people and want to use the sofa bed.

The kitchen open to the living room is friendly by its bar which serves as a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, dishes, glasses and wine glasses, decanter carafe, various appliances (toaster, citrus press, electric beater) and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, sugar etc ...)

Quiet in the garden is required

For summer, the Aqualis pool is ideal for cooling off! It is 5 minutes from the apartment.

Cleaning is not charged , tenants will have to make the apartment clean (garbage cans taken out, linen removed from the bed, linen gathered in the shower, dishes clean and tidy, vacuum cleaner passed, lights off ).
An additional 35euro may be charged if not done.
