Formerly a house painter's workshop, this space has been superbly renovated into a 2-story apartment.
Highlighting both traditional materials (plaster, terracotta tiles) and more contemporary ones like the beautiful metal staircase, Caroline has performed a real magic trick to offer in this quiet alley a real cozy nest for your vacation.
She will be happy to advise you on your stay.

Belle restauration, agréable et fonctionnelle d'un atelier de peintre. La situation en hauteur de la ville, avec une belle terrasse, l'environnement calme et les services à proximité ont été bien appréciés ! Merci à Anne-Claire et son mari pour leur accueil, leur prévenance et leur disponibilité.

Accueil au top :) Une super semaine dans le petit loft douillet. Nous étions en télétravail avec mon conjoint, tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien. Petit bureau à l’étage, très pratique. Une terrasse sympathique pour profiter du soleil (oui c’est possible en Normandie haha). Merci pour tout !

Un petit loft douillet que nous avons fait nôtre pendant deux semaines. Bien situé, à proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques d'Avranches. A quelques encablures de la baie. Idéal pour découvrir de superbes paysages. Bravo à notre hôtesse pour son accueil très sympathique.
