It comprises a 27 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms (with shower or bath). There's also a 370 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 27 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied), sofa, two armchairs, dining table with chairs. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A study - A laundry room - Shower room with WC Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC A 33 m² outbuilding at the bottom of the garden is composed as follows: - Kitchenette - Bedroom 2: double bed (160×190) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC A 12 m² independent studio with shower room, WC and 1 double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - 370 m² enclosed garden - A 30 m² flagstone terrace in front of the house and another one behind with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment.
