Ground floor: Fitted kitchen (4 induction hobs, pod coffee maker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) open to living room with fireplace. Living room with 106 cm flat screen TV, table football.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, fridge with freezer.
A bedroom with a 140/200 bed and a bedroom with two 90/200 beds. A bathroom with shower 90x90cm. A separate toilet with washbasin.
Floor: a bathroom (bath, Italian shower 160x90cm and double sinks). Independent WC. A bedroom with 1 160/200 bed and private bathroom with Italian shower 120x90cm and 3 bedrooms each with two 90/200 beds (or 1 180/200 bed).

1000 m² enclosed garden with fixed barbecue. 40 m² terrace with garden furniture.
Parking for 6 vehicles maximum secured with gate.

Located at the foot of the Monts des Flandres, in the middle of the countryside and close to the owners' farm (polyculture and breeding), this gîte can accommodate up to 12 people. It is the ideal place to meet up with family, friends or colleagues. A fishing ground is on the property.
You can also enjoy the convenience of a supermarket just 1 minute away, as well as a wide choice of restaurants and taverns in the surrounding area.
The cottage is just 15 minutes from Bergues, famous for its belfry and its carnival and for the filming of the film "Bienvenue chez les Chtis", 25 minutes from Dunkirk, 25 minutes, as well as 30 minutes from Gravelines. It is also 15 minutes from Cassel, one of the favorite villages of the French, and Bailleul. For beach lovers, the fn sandy beach of Malo is 30 minutes away and that of La Panne (Belgium) in 40 minutes.

Ce gîte est irréprochable. Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le lieu est paisible, au calme. Je recommande sans réserve ce gîté à de prochains locataires. Idéal pour de bons moments en famille.

Gîte très agréable avec ses 6 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Espace de vie spacieux, vrai salon avec places pour douze, ce qui n’est pas toujours vrai dans les grands gîtes. Bon accueil des propriétaires, proximité des commerces et de belles sorties (Cassel, Bergues, Malo,…)

Gite moderne. Grande table dans la salle à manger, parfaite pour manger tous ensemble. Les chambres sont confortables.Baby-foot de qualité, très apprécié par les jeunes (et pas que...).Très bien situé : central pour explorer la région (Cassel, abbaye du mont des cats, Bergues, dunkerque, Lille…)
