This 44 m² single-story, wheelchair-accessible cottage is located in a former farmhouse. It offers the charm of the countryside while being close to all amenities. It adjoins two other cottages.

A bathroom with a walk-in shower (120x120cm), sink, and toilet.
A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a 90x190cm bed. A baby crib and high chair are available upon request. Shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The shared parking is secured by a gate. There's a private 10 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a shared games room with a pool table. Enjoy the bowling alley for relaxing moments. The shared garden is currently being developed.
