Isolated and perched on the heights, offering an unobstructed view, this former detached farmhouse offers generous volumes and a quality renovation (preserving architectural elements typical of Vosges Saônoises farms: beams, stone cornice). On the ground floor: equipped kitchen with dining area, living/dining room with fireplace (insert), living room with wood-burning stove, shower room, toilet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), laundry room.
Upstairs: mezzanine, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, WC. Terrace, unfenced lawned garden.
Bicycle or motorcycle storage available.
Small fountain and small pond (no fishing). Covered terrace (under the old bread oven). Pets not allowed. In winter, depending on weather conditions, bring snow gear for the car. Electric heating and wood heating are available at an additional cost (8 kWh included/day). Utilities not included.
Cleaning fee: €50 - Sheets: €10 per pair. You will be welcomed by the owner. Property managed by a professional.
