The gîte is located on the upper floor of a detached house which also contains another apartment on the ground floor.
It features a lovely open-plan living area: kitchen, dining room, and lounge with a wood-burning stove.
There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and another bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm).
There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.
A small adjoining studio apartment is included in the rental and comprises a kitchenette, a double bed (140cm), and a shower room with a shower and toilet.
This very functional cottage has been renovated to a high standard, notably using materials from eco-friendly housing.
It features a large, partially enclosed shared garden and internet access.
This cottage is also a certified fishing lodge.

Electric heating is charged according to meter readings, and firewood is provided.
Bed linen is included.
