Flat located in the port of Gandia, three hundred and fifty metres from the beach of Venice, and about seven hundred metres from the beach of Gandia. In the vicinity of all kinds of services.

Small and comfortable accommodation on the first floor (no lift). It has one bedroom with triple bunk bed, another with double bed. The latter with ceiling fan. Small and practical bathroom with shower. The common area, where you will spend most of the time, consists of a living and dining area, next to the kitchen with central island, with a large window and exit to a small balcony overlooking the emblematic sheds of the port of Gandia.

Beautiful flat, all renovated this spring, where you can enjoy a fabulous holiday. It offers air conditioning in the living-dining room, and WIFI service. Pets are allowed on request, maximum weight 12 kg.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED (under thirty years of age).

Our flats are delivered clean and include bed linen (bedding every fortnight) and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bath). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker and hairdryer are not standard; if you need any of these, please do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of collecting the keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacating of the accommodation will take place before 10:00 am. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. On arrival, you will have two options, to cover any possible damage or non-compliance with the check-out timetable. Either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned to you 24/48 hours after checking the flat, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage waiver insurance for 28 €, non-refundable.

In the case of travelling with pets, if the flat admits them, they will pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet.

The beach of Gandia offers a lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, in the NORTHERN ZONE, an unspoilt beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is without doubt another experience for the visitor. Not forgetting the fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.

Also, in the vicinity of the commercial port, there is a small family beach, Playa de Venecia, which is well worth a visit!
