The sunny properties are located in the village of Korswandt, between Lake Wolgast and Lake Gothen, approx. 5 km from the seaside resort of Ahlbeck.
The seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin are just a few minutes away by car. Swimming opportunities are available in the nearby Lake Wolgast or in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck.
You can reach the Baltic Sea beach in the "Kaiserbad" Ahlbeck by bicycle via a picturesque forest path in a few minutes (approx. 3 km). This semi-detached holiday home offers 72 square meters of space for a maximum of 6 people.
The bright living room is furnished with a cozy sofa area with a sofa bed function (sleeping surface 125x190) and a flat-screen TV. A wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth on cooler days.
The dining area, along with the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc., is also integrated into the living room.
The sunny south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room and invites you to relax.
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower and sink/toilet.
A washing machine is also available here for free use. The two bedrooms upstairs are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses and two single beds (each 90 x 200), respectively, and sufficient closet space.
The upstairs bathroom pampers guests with an infrared sauna cabin; a shower and sink/toilet are also available here.
A car parking space is located on the property. We are happy to deliver firewood to your apartment.
For this service, we charge 6.00 Euros plus the cost of firewood, 8.00 Euros per bag (approx. 15kg).
