The house is open in late spring and early autumn and invites guests to enjoy the tranquil beauty of the property out of season, when the temperatures are still pleasant and the surroundings quiet. With its traditional Périgordian style and wood-burning stove as the main source of heating, the house offers a warm and rustic atmosphere - ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Inside, the house has a cosy living room with wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom with shower and separate radiator. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and is heated directly by the stove. A second bedroom is only available in the warmer months. Outside, a covered terrace overlooking the lawn and the property's unheated pool invites you to relax.

The house is close to Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, the world capital of prehistory, and is surrounded by hiking trails, prehistoric caves and picturesque rivers. The property is run by friendly hosts who live on site and are happy to help or surprise you with lovely details. Bed linen is included, and additional amenities such as electric blankets, kitchen towels and baby equipment are available on request.
