Come and settle into this charming house located in Mimizan Plage, on the south side, right next to the cycle paths and close to our beautiful sandy beaches.
Ideally situated, it allows you to enjoy numerous activities and events in the surrounding area.
Accommodating up to 4 people, it includes a kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer) opening onto a living room with a sofa bed (160cm) providing two sleeping spaces and a TV for your relaxation.
You will also have a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room with hairdryer, a separate WC, and a washing machine for added convenience. Outside, a south-facing garden with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a griddle allows you to enjoy our balmy summer evenings with family or friends. This cottage is ideal for a relaxing and convivial holiday in Mimizan Plage.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Optional services: Linen rental: €20 per set/week Bath kit: €15/week Baby cot: €10/week Wi-Fi box: €40/week Property managed by a professional.

La maison est située le long de la piste cyclable, un bel avantage pour tout faire en vélo, aller à la plage (10 min en vélo, 5 min en voiture), dans le centre de Mimizan (10 min à vélo), ou tout simplement faire des balades.
