Just behind is the kitchen, fully equipped to prepare your meals: an oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo machine, and toaster are at your disposal. A veranda leads you directly to the terrace and fenced garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190), and a functional shower room. In the garage, you'll also find a washing machine and an iron for added convenience.
There is also a compost bin on site. Two private parking spaces are available just in front of the house. Ideally located close to the sea, the rental is situated: - 77 m from the restaurant "Maloya", - 1.5 km from the sandy beach "des Conches", - 6 km from the supermarket "Intermarché SUPER Longeville-Sur-Mer", - 6 km from the bus station "Longeville-Sur-Mer", - 14 km from the water park "O'Gliss Park", - 34 km from the golf course "des Sables d'Olonne", - 35 km from the town "des Sables d'Olonne" Enjoy the preserved natural setting of Longeville-sur-Mer, ideal for relaxation and seaside leisure.

dejligt sted Rigtig hyggeligt sted. God indretning med inde- og udepladser. To gode værelser med plads til 4 voksne. Køkkenet var veludstyret og stedet var rent ved ankomst. Alt i alt et godt sted. Grundet meget varme havde en blæser eller aircon. været rart.

La prixilmite de la plage. Le terrain pour les animaux. Equipement complet a l’exeption de quelques ustensiles comme panier a linge ou placard de rengement alimebtaire
La relatuon avec la concergerie. Pas d’etat des lieux a l’arrivée, Empathie inexistante et fin de sejour comme a l’arrivee. A quoi sert la conciergerie? Une commission au passage de Booking sur le loyer du logzment. Matelat a revoir...
