The Marquécy stables cottage is a 60 m² cottage on 2 levels for 4 people.
After a few steps, you enter the open and bright living room composed of a modern equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and pod, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), living room with TV and connected speaker.
The cottage also has on the ground floor a bathroom with a vanity unit (hair dryer) equipped with a walk-in shower.
Separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs (under the roof) a sleeping area for 2 people is fitted out on the landing with 2 single beds (90x190), it gives access to a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140x190). You will find all the baby equipment on site (cot, high chair, plastic dishes, changing mat and games). Electric heating with reversible air conditioning, Internet (WIFI). The beds are made on arrival. Electricity included within the limit of 8 kwh/day, beyond invoicing in supplement. Delphine and Sylvain welcome you to their fully renovated cottage, located in their 19th century farmhouse in the village of Evricourt in the heart of the Pays de sources. You will discover a soothing environment, the Mont du Cuy is perfect for hikes and walks and the Divette valley for fishing enthusiasts. It is an ideal place to discover Picardy and the Hauts de France: Noyon 8 km. Compiègne 36 km. Amiens 63 km. Beauvais 71 km. Laon 61 km Paris 117 km. Lille 139 km and the beaches of the Picardy coast of Saint Valéry sur Somme. You will have an outdoor space of about 200 m² with picnic table, barbecue and deckchair in the property. Parking is in the closed courtyard.

Très bon accueil, lieu calme et reposant dans un gîte bien équipé.Les + la climatisation et le parking fermé.Les bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter transmises par le propriétaire lors de la remise des clés.Ce qui pourrait apporter un + : certaines fenêtres équipées de moustiquaires.

We had a wonderfull stay. Friendly owner. The place is really really beautiful. The gite is well kept. Good supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Great walking in the surrounding woods. Paris, Parc Asterix and Pierrefonds castle nearby. We stayed 5 nights and we loved it.
