Discover "Le Beloiseau", a 61 m² gîte in the heart of nature, surrounded by marshland, pastures and the river.
Ideal for a quiet getaway, this detached house is close to the amenities of Breteuil (supermarket, restaurant, bakery, butcher's shop, etc.), accessible by a secure forest path.
Fitted for 4 people, "Le Beloiseau" offers an open living room on the ground floor with lounge, TV, dining area and pellet stove.
The equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and pods.
Shower room with shower and WC, washing machine and dryer available.
Upstairs, two attic bedrooms for 2 people (2 80x200 beds and 1 160x200 bed).
Enclosed garden of 45 m² with garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking in front of the gîte.
Beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning included.
Baby equipment (bed and high chair) and Wi-Fi.

Séjour agréable d'une semaine au bord d'un champ, si vous cherchez le repos entouré de vaches je vous conseille ce sejour reposant. Les propriétaires sont accessibles pour nous aider en cas de questions.Des activités a proximité sont proposées

A great welcome from English-speaking host, Guy, and his wife. They even took the trouble to share with us a calendar of events in the area. The gîte is well-equipped. Although it is in a rural location, it is an easy twenty minute walk from Breteuil, along a well-maintained track. A good holiday!

Ce logement correspond en tout point au descriptif ! Je recommande vivement. Mention particulière à la literie, nous avons très bien dormi ! Hôte très accueillant ; nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps pour profiter de la salle de jeux. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un futur séjour.
