Our furnished gîte, Le Petit Doumayne, is located in Libourne, approximately 7 kilometers from Saint-Emilion, its medieval village and its prestigious, world-renowned vineyard.

This location is ideal for exploring the city of Libourne.

The city's free bus service will take you to stroll through the streets of the city center and its historic district, as well as along its magnificent quays along the Dordogne and Isle rivers.

Just outside the city, Lac des Dagueys offers a beach area and various activities for the whole family.

Housed in a small, fully renovated barn on two levels, the gîte comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV lounge, and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are two attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 beds, as well as a small bathroom.

You will have a private, enclosed outdoor space with no overlooked views, with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a safe parking space.

The cottage is equipped with electric heating (extra charge, D classification).
