The property is located next to the voie verte, perfect for pleasant strolls, and is near the indoor swimming pool and an organic market. The apartment is on the ground floor of a stone house where we live as a family.

The apartment has been thoughtfully converted from a garage; the ceiling is a bit low and there are few windows, but an efficient ventilation system ensures good air circulation and a cool atmosphere.
