NB: the flat does not have private parking spaces. You will need to park in the street (blue spaces) or in the school's underground car park (blue spaces).

A deposit will be made via a pre-authorised bank transfer. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.



Beds will be made up on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

You can book your transfers, private lessons, home chef, caterer, massages, etc. directly online. A link will also be sent to you as soon as your booking has been confirmed.

About Veyrier du Lac:


This typical Savoyard village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy. Its 3 grassy beaches provide easy access to the lake and numerous activities (sailing, water-skiing, diving, kayaking, wake-boarding, etc.).

A lovely walk along the lake will take you as far as the neighbouring village of Menthon st Bernard.


All local services are available in Veyrier: supermarket, bakery, butcher's, florists, café, restaurants, chemist, doctors.


Annecy is just a few hundred metres away, with easy access via a recent cycle path running alongside the lake.
