Spacious and bright flat with patio located in the central area of Porto Cervo.


The flat is located on the ground floor, and consists of a patio equipped with a large table where one can enjoy summer lunches and dinners. The entrance of the house leads to the living area equipped with a sofa and TV; the American-style kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. Completing the layout of the house are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicle and one ensuite.

Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and iron.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet resembling a deer, which has become the kingdom of luxury holidays.
