In a carefully renovated former family wine cellar, this gîte blends the charm of old stone with modern comfort.
Nestled in the countryside, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting while remaining close to the region's must-see attractions.
Cordes-sur-Ciel immerses you in a medieval atmosphere with its cobbled streets, art galleries, and breathtaking views.
Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, enchants visitors with its Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, and the picturesque Tarn riverbanks.
Hiking enthusiasts will also enjoy the many marked trails winding through vineyards and rolling hills. Designed for 6 guests, the gîte offers a warm, cozy, and functional environment. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed into a hallway with a small library, featuring books on the region.
The living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace, and a lounge where historic materials blend harmoniously with contemporary touches. Two bedrooms: One with a 160x200 cm bed and a small balcony One with two 90x200 cm beds A bathroom with a shower and WC completes this level. A staircase leads to the lower level, a space dedicated to relaxation and fun for all ages.
A game room equipped with a slide, playhouse, and foosball table will delight children, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy a fully equipped gym, including a pull-up bar, exercise mats, an electric bike, a treadmill, and a punching bag. Adjacent to this area: A spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. A separate WC. Please note that only the bedroom in this area is heated.
The game room and gym do not have heating, making this space cooler in winter compared to the rest of the house, which benefits from underfloor and electric heating for optimal comfort. Outside, a terrace invites you to enjoy meals in the open air. The garden, currently being landscaped and planted with flowers, will soon add an even more bucolic charm to your stay.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte qui correspond en tous points à la description. Le petit cadeau de bienvenu est super sympa et les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute. Sachant que nous venions avec des jumeaux de 3 mois ils ont même installé un petit tapis d'éveil. La salle de sports est vraiment agréable. Bref c'est un super gîte.
