The villa of about 70 square meters internally is organized on 2 levels

-LOWER LEVEL with living area with living area with double sofa bed, TV and separate kitchen with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle.


Via a spiral staircase, you access the

-UPPER LEVEL where there is a bedroom with a double bed (composed of 2 singles joined) and wardrobe and a bathroom with bidet and shower box and washer-dryer.


Presence of split AC in the small corridor on the upper level.

Presence of fenced outdoor patio with table, chairs, umbrella, barbecue.

-THE ONLY AC SPLIT IN THE WHOLE HOUSE IS IN THE AISLE UPSTAIRS

-GARAGE NOT SUITABLE FOR SUV OR BIG SIZE CARS

- Single beds are NOT separable.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Verona.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
